What about giving rewards on reports ?
Everyone that make a report will take rewards, maybe 100k or 200k.
This will motivate players to report hackers and evaders..
So, what do you think guys ?

You as a player should be keen to play in a game without hackers/rule-breakers so as to have fun there, so you're the one who should be responsible for reporting the hackers/rule-breakers so that you could have a peaceful game without shit around without waiting for rewards or any motivation ways to make you report them.

Why would anything need to motivate you to report a guy who uses modifications that give him advantage over other players? Simply by common sense you'd report any cheater as it is simply the way to do.
