Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Speed gear(not sure bout this) + widescreen fix

Notice at 0:11, that I shoot about a few inches front of him when he's standing still using an M4(which shows this isn't due to lag), but he still gets knocked down, this guy's being a pain to everybody and isn't letting others play fairly. tnxnobai
Additional information: Apologies for the FPS, it drops down when I'm recording.

i think he just lagging sometimes

It looks to me like he is warping and it isn't your shot that knocked him down it was frayo's shot .

I didnt hack.
In Maddys gameplay video everybody seemed laggy n fast..
see how [R]OI[N] passed.. (at 11)
his fps was very low (he already mentioned).. Notice the m4 shooting sound.
I think i fell hitted by Frayo. Maddy shooted Frayo same time. so Frayo cant kill me janey killed me ..
