Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: team-killing

Additional information: when I was fighting against tommy's, Zool hit me to the water first time. When Im come to the bridge again - he hit me to the water second time...(as you can see on the video) and he keep on trying drown me when I respawn again, lol.
