Title: Need help with PayPal.

Hi , i would like to conversate with someone who has considerable or full knowledge on PayPal. The reason for this being that i have set my mind to donate(thus gain donator benefits)but since i am from Kosovo, it is the first time i'm using PayPal because i have never needed it before in my life so i have run into some problems. Anyway i will explain the details in PM,would anyone care to help me with my problem?  :)

Is PayPal recognizing your country as Serbia?


On a serious note, Kosovo doesn't appear to be on the list of countries here (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=%5fdisplay%2dcountry%2dfunctionality%2doutside&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f8e263663d3faee8d83a0bf7db316a7beb1b14b43acd04037).

No, i used Albania because the bank that i'm planning to use exists in Albania as well as in Kosovo.
