Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Ban evading

Additional information: On 12th (yesterday) July he got a temporary ban (5 days) by Eddy. He connected today and was able to play. :O

Apparently he/she is not ban evading, there are some technical issues. I'll lock this topic for now.
