Hi I would like to take your advices.I want to link my card to PayPal and 70% of guys in YouTube are charged a small fee of USD to confirm their card, but I have also happened to see a 30% who just link it and are able to use it right away. What was your case, if you were with the 70% what was the amount of those charges done to your card and does PayPal charge in your local currency or it MUST Be USD.If you were with the 30%, explain how the process went.I am really sorry if I sounded bossy or ordering u guys around, I am only looking for info and the reason I am posting here before someone asks why here, is that I am familiar with u and I play everyday here so I know u have knowledge on this topic. And also I am doing this because me and my brothers want to donate thus get donator benefits. Your help is deeply appreciated.
P.S: Don't take the 70 and 30% too seriously it was just used as something to help with explaining my question.

Whenever you want to verify & link your credit card to your PayPal account, the charge depends on your residence, in Egypt they take €1.5 and once you confirm the payment, they will refund it back to you.

You can link your card without getting charged, but you won't be able to withdraw nor use it to pay via your PayPal account. You'll have to verify it eventually to start spending money from your card, which is basically: PayPal charges your card something between £1 to £3 (depends on your country as playa said above), you'll have to get your card statements and provide the code PayPal sent you in the "description" of the transaction (http://imgur.com/tLcGBRk (http://imgur.com/tLcGBRk)), after that just put the code in the card verification thingy, and voila!! You can now use your card to withdraw or make payments through PayPal.
