Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: HP Hack

Additional information: Someone said  in chat he can't kill "Shabe" , i took the test  as you can see i hit him many times on head but  clearly his head is  bulletproof , from 0:24 to 0.27 shows it is not lag , he was stationary there for 2 seconds which is  too much for his ping as he getting 7 hits in head . Hope permanent ban for this noob  ...

U are specting him, maybe is lag with your cam and his cam. Enough evidence. Denied.
