Title: [Resuscitation of the section 'Year-End Awards']

We have recently noticed interesting and exciting events on "LW" server, Among those events is that section of "Year-End Awards" that was run by "Ryz" , but now unfortunately many are back a year ago "2014", and we are dont see new posts and no new votes, so this was created this topic, we are discuss it now, I hope that the supervisors and administrators put admin or those who take care of the section 'Year-End Awards' to become raw better,....All players please vote, if you want it or not you want it

Topics still exist they're just not public, I have no idea why. I will move them tomorrow unless someone decides to take the initiative if that's what you ask.

All the Year-End Awards from previous years are archived and out of limits, I don't see why would want them back.

I moved both results from 2015 and 2016, also updated the award index a bit. Please correct me if you see any mistakes.
