Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Death evade via jumping off the roof.

Additional information: I didn't recorded the whole scenario as I wasn't aware that he would actually jump off the roof, however I think the evidence is clear enough to judge that he actually jumped off the roof to avoid dying by my hands.
