Additional information: Video is an evidence that he evaded.. Image is evidence the he didn't timeout.. As after the last scene of video, there is no log for his timeout and he killed someone..

A really difficult case we have here, he was on full health and he paused his game while he was engaged in combat.
Personally I will go for a warning this time, if this happens frequently I will punish him with a 3 days ban.
