I hope you got this, but he was only joking.

Staff chooses worthy candidates to be one of the team. There's no application system here, and nevertheless your gameplay level has nothing to do with becoming an admin.

Just a tip, don't ask for becoming an admin, or your chances to become one will get more contradict.

Just keep on playing and enjoy the game, who knows maybe the staff will see something in you now or later. ;)
