That doesn't look like pause evade to me, I believe it's just desync that's why it looked like he had paused his game because he was standing still on your screen, but on his screen he was laying/on the ground trying to get up (animation) and after he got on his feet again the sync behaved normal again on your screen.

On edit : report denied, however we will keep an eye on him.
