That doesn't look like speed hack to me, it's more like unstable FPS.

He had more speed than this a little before, but I was unable to record.. I recorded this and then he disconnected..!

Will try to get him sometime..

exist a little bug with any bike, if you drive and press 9 many times, you will be more fast. Its a vcmp bug and can't be fixed.
