Additional information: When he evaded I said "Nice evade Milko".. He replied "OK"..!

On my side that guy wasn't even shooting me (desync), plus he was a friendly and wouldn't kill me either way.

@report
Seems like milko was not aware of the incoming shots and perhaps paused his game unconsciously.
As he is not involved in any battle(of what i see from video), i don't consider this as death-evading.
Denied.
