Title: [Denied] Increase !getcar seconds

like command !heal
so what if Modify command !getcar ? example: If u type !getcar cmd, you need to wait 5 seconds is look like !heal command
If u are moving when u type !getcar, Car will be not spawn if u moved........
also this suggestion will be reduce Rulebreakers! i hear this before, spawning car when enganed on combat as far
SO THIS IS SUPER SUGGESTION!

better not to buy a vehicle, if you want to wait for 5 seconds. Just walk around the map for 5 seconds u will find a vehicle.
