some time it can be lag + warp + bug from the spectate mode... i will leave it to other admin

It's desync or it may be a spectate bug. The speed of the player is normal(I've checked). The things that look like he's using speed gear/speed modification are : the sliding and the shooting with the weapon uzi while sliding.
However on the player his screen he was just running around with uzi, and after he made a jump the sync behaved normal, so most likely this is nothing else than desync.
