Extra notes: so im in this server for quite a long time and many times i saw and was involved in situations which nicky calls spawn kills. few times when i was gettingkilled in period of around 10 seconds after spawning i asked the admin of the server if this considered a spawn kill and multiple admins (suriattacker,p4t) said that if my enemy let me run away from the spawning point than it is no considered spawn kill and the players who were killing me will not get any ban or even warnings. so i was always very careful with this. when i was playing on 21/11 i came to the area of yellow players and had a fight there. the player which spawned in the point was able to run around and even damage me before i killed him. i seriosly think that i do not deserve a 3 days ban for something i did not even do. please halp asap!
