What does it say when you attempt to connect to the server(in the chat logs)?

You are banned after 3 weeks it will lift

Hey there @Louay, I know it's annoying to face a wrongful ban. First I would like you to try some few things out before I'm going to dig deeper.

Alright, here is what you've to do :
-Restart your router/modem.
-Check if you're still facing the wrongful ban.
-Let us know the result in here.
