He was playing last night briefly so I don't think he is, at least I know his most recent ban from me is expired.

When i start to play, usually NIKY banes me... i don't know why he is doing so. when i asked him reason he usually make lame excuses. he is banning me again and again due to fake reasons.. he is showing his efficiency of power of admin in illegal way .. that is not right sir.So, i request you to pay ahead to my issue and take a solid action against him. for your kind action i will remain thankful to you....

He got demoted and after that he left the staff by himself, what do you want more?!
