I banned him for 3 days due to pausing during combat, however I don't find the evidence above enough to prove he's cheating. If someone in the staff sees it differently can increase my punishment with a more lengthy ban.

I, myself fought him and he had hp hack.. But matter is that I am not able to record while I am spawned because my game lag too much..
