I don't see enough evidence to  act on here. All i see is a guy jump into the water. If you have more footage preceeding the incident in the video then please post it. I will leave this report open for a couple of days to allow you to respond.

I need to see proof that the guy was involved in a fight with either of you two directly before he jumped.

Your second video is unavailable, but as it seems to be about team killing, which your pictures show was dealt with by Rajput already, I am going to deny this report for lack of evidence. However I do understand that you are quite probably correct in your claim that this guy evaded , so he will be warned, and, punished if he continues.
