Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: hp hacking

Additional information: Nobody shoots him to make him fall down, but you can see at the first part of the video when the car explodes and he fells down and doesn't receive damage. Moreover, m4 shoots dont make any effect in his hp.
