Time and date (if known): 43 minutes 17 seconds ago today
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:  Yojar Killing Me With Same Skin and safing his friend bryan " blue " skin he hitting me with car and shooting at me so i cant properly aim bryan and he is also using hyper hack when ever he spawn he run too fast and then in 2 seconds he reaced to bryan
