When I go to this server I always check if the c-glitch is not bothering, as in this case I checked and, unfortunately, it was bugged if I felt sorry for this and I asked for a mild punishment.

Even if it's bugged crouch-glitching is still against the rules.  :)
I would say prevent from doing that again near in the future. ;D
