You must own the email that you used to register in the server and then:
1)- Go to https://pacommunity.co.uk/recovery
2)- Type your email address there
3)- You will receive a link in your email folder and you will be able to recover your password.

Once you have control of your PAC Account, you will be able to change e-mail, password and nickname.

Well, its better if you change your name to [DS]Rizwan^ or * or anything you like because this username is no longer yours, as you did wrong by writing a wrong email address there. It's your own mistake, now deal with it.

Only management can do this thing. Talk with anyone of these managers and get up to a solution..But these guys aren't active or lazy enough to ignore your appeal.

I've spoken with one of the PAC Admins and the admin told me that they can't delete any account. Unfortunately this is not possible to do, hopefully it will be in the future.
