Nickname: Jah!
Time and date: sat, 26 2018
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: scamming an innocent for providing administration level by asking for 100k in-game cash

Additional comments: He also gave him the required cash without knowing he is scammed and he is unable to retrieve it from him because he is new and hasn't gone through the forum not even once and thankfully I was available there and caught his fraud. Here is proof that he has given him the cash.

I'm overriding this decision and will ban Jah because of his past offences on the server.
