Go to Favourites tab of VCMP Browser and click "Server" Tab then "Add Server"

Paste this the appearing dialog.
91:121:134.5:8192

Press OK..

Open Server named "[0.4] littlewhitey's VC-MP Server" in the "Favourites" tab.
