u cant save gangs if every member goes out of game it has to be re made again and as for taking over teritories just take urself and a fellow member of ur gang and stand on the territory patch it will start to flash then after a while it will become urs and u will get a deposit of cash into ur gangs bank account for taking it.

you cant save the gang
and to take territory you must have at least 2+ people from your gang idle of territory for about 3-4minutes, then it should read "Your gang has taken a turf"
