Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Aimlock + Lag + editing for vehicles

Additional information: I hope the managers and developers found best solution for the Aimlockers players because i'm tired with they   :-\ :-\

Note 1 : when i'm trying to walking around him and stop to kill him he is cut my head while my character is'nt shooting for him , u can see the first trying to kill him in intro video , this happend many times.
Note 2 : i'm shooting for his head many times but ue didn't die.

He was banned by PunkNoodle, not because of this report but as we were watching him, we caught him using it. Thank you for your reports. :)
