Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:Hyper Hacks , Hp hacks and Ban invasion respectively

Additional information: THESE 3 PLAYERS ARE DIFFERENT AND NOT SAME SORRY I RECORDED ALL OF THEM IN ONE VIDEO SO REPORTED AGAINST ALL IN ONE REPORT If you guys check in the video where I type /spec 27 you can see the conversation between me and shiom in which he says that he cant be banned.. that is the evidence against him for ban invasion..

I've already banned Tuyen (Bivario2) and Bi_Vario. As for Shiom I'll look into it later.
