Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Pausing during game, and suspected of using some 3rd party application for health protection.

Additional information:
Pausing During game, and i think he's been using some kind of 3rd party application to gain power over normal players, but without evidence i know i cannot prove that, for now its pausing the game. i think he closes that application when he's around me.

Notes: As, you can clearly see my internet timedout itself i did not do any thing. In your images you can see the man is running and shooting continuously. If i evade then i must stop at one place and standing. but he is running and shooting continuously means did'nt evaded.
