Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Death Evasion (Ban Evasion too, I'm not sure).

Additional information: As you can see, I was following him while he had low health; then he used /kill as always to evade.

We cannot rely on images to ban someone for death evade. You need a video as a solid proof.
