how to record video in vcmp ? wich software ?
i had fraps but The files/videos are very large

I recommend Adobe Premiere as there are more options to optimize your desired size and you can maintain the quality of the video.

Bandicam with cracked version you can record till hours untill depends on your HDD space ;)

Well, I record with Action with some settings that I found for my shitty pc. The Windows 10 xbox recorder is good too.
