Then why medic has only m4 no shotgun
My suggestion is to add pump shotgun to medic

Indeed, I feel shopping girl's spawnloc is unfair as to medics, Giving them (the medics) a shotgun would encourage players to take that skin hence making the game more enjoyable due to washington beach's attractive environment.
