Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: teleporting by accounts

Additional information: i don't know but it become to be annoying
he's every day joining with 4 or 5 even 6 accounts and  moves among them for an example
he has an account player in downtown and one in starflish isalnd and one in little havana if he want to go there
rq from his account to other account WTF... It has become annoying and fragmented
multipule accounts its allowed yes but not like this.....(oh this player from his name (jhgjashgja) he might be noob

Denied as i don't see anything wrong in it

Actually a guy FullFilled own a arena a cafe and he had a like 5 Pc's there and he had a 1 internet connection so that is why they joins/disconnect and timedout at the same times.
