Time : Now, Today
Report Reason : He uses HP hack it is not lag or ping problem

Anything to Say : As you see I can kill him easily in 1. and 2. video. But I can't kill him in 3.video. Also It is not lag or ping problem. Despite of punching and shooting him. His health hasn't gone. or he didn't die.

You are right cause when you shoot other players.They are falling down. But He is not falling + his health is still being same. He turns(switch) on and off.
