Why do you have 60 fps in these videos? Isnt the server locked to 30?

who's the cheater here? you or that guy?

The only people allowed to post in existing threads of the VC-MP Reports board are:

- the player that has initiated the report.
- members of the staff.
- the reported player (if, by the time he decides to post, the thread is still open).

@oo8D, please prevent from posting in here unless you've something to do with the report.
