Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Muted because I killed him and he said: "Can you be more painful?" I said, "I am already a pain" and after that, I am muted permanently.
Evidence: Check IRC logs
Additional information: If he cannot bear getting killed, How is he an admin? LOL

You came to me with your lag and tried to kill me while I was doing some side things, I told you that you are a pain in the arse, then you replied with "[10:36:32] N00B: I already am painful anal for you :D" that is disrespectful to me and it's against the rules so I shunned you.

I am not willing to lift the shun until you apologize, besides this is not the correct format.
