When I open any server then I got this error

• Right click on VCMP Browser icon.
• Click properties.
• Click on "Compatibility" tab.
• In the "Compatibility mode" section, uncheck "Run this program in compatibility for:"
• Click OK.
• Run VCMP Browser and check again.

Same error "Could not start process.(740)

download a 1.0 exe gta-vc file. your gta-vc.exe is corrupted afaik

Try:

• Press "Windows + R". (That will open the RUN dialog box.)
• Type "%APPDATA%" in "Open:" text field.
• Click "OK" (A new window will open.)
• Go into the "VCMP" folder.
• Delete "04beta" folder.
• Run VCMP Browser and check again.

Okay finally problem solved!

 I did windows of my computer and reinstalled 0.4  everything is fine now.
