No has movido algún /setconfig antes de que ocurriera eso? Intenta borrar el ‘vcmp_config.txt’ (hazle una copia de seguridad) y vuelve a intentar.

El ‘vcmp_config.txt’ está ubicado en %appdata%/roaming/VCMP/04beta.

Have you tried Gta VC single player? does it start or still the same error in single player too?

Try running gta-vc.exe in windows 98/XP compatibility mode, also don't forget to remove "gta_vc.set" file from the GTA Vice City User Files" folder in "My Documents". If there is no such file in the folder, you might want to try looking for the file in the Public Documents folder.  If you still face the problem, try messing around with the compatibility mode settings. Let me know the result.

Hmmmm, no recuerdo. Fui a la carpeta que me dijiste y no está ese archivo. Sólo me aparece la carpeta "Crashlogs".

Men tu vcmp esta bug entonces
Al no tener ese archivo el cual tiene la configuración  tendría que recrearse uno cuando entras al vcmp intentaste  reinstalarlo?

turn on DEP, if it doesnt work (and even SP doesn't work) then there is a problem with the installation of your OS, RIP
