Lol I don't see the reason to report me, We was discussing with Rajput about this and got informed that I did it's allowed so as I said I apologize for drowned you. but you saw what you wanted to see, I've seen a lot of reports about ''wallcar'' so I follow the same rule, Hanney told me car glitch it's disallowed not wallcar so I'll go with the same answer.

@Zkq, I wonder why u still didn't understand that LW admins suck each other's dick.
When a simple player can't do something, admins are allowed to do that and if u tell them they are wrong and broke a rule, they can punish you without any consequences.

i swear if this report gets denied for any reason like an admin defands Niko for illogical reason, this whole server will pay the price .

the 'wallcar' video is convincing, and necessary action will be taken as soon as I decide what necessary action is.
I am not as convinced, however, that Niko muted you after you 'told him that you would report him' because he asked you to watch your language. clarify what exactly you wrote to him before getting muted.

it makes no sens, if its allowed or not, you should be punished. Let's say its not allowed, if you warned me and thats fair, but u were doing the same thing. And if you say that its allowed, you warned me for doing it.

Moreover, when I saw Niko drowned you for reason "wallcar" I asked him what is it? He explained. I said that thing is allowed. Then he said if it is allowed, I will do it.
Then you saw him doing that and you use ass attitude to express your feelings. So he muted you.
I am not going to post the evidence to public as I am not supposed to leak some info. Its upon Management that whether they want it to be public or not.

Never i broke any rule into the server plus i dont have ban history, well for that reason I am where I deserve, if the management will take any action i hope they understand it was a confuse episode.

I would consider it wall glitching as soon as the bullet trails are seen going through the body of the vehicle as they don't penetrate the vehicle and instead ghost through whilst the player character firing the weapon is shielded from return fire. So to take the video into perspective:
In this screen its clear to see that its a wall glitch:

It looks like it possibly may be aswell, but his head is visible. It would have been possible to stand behind the middle of the vehicle at the side and fire straight through. The anti-wallglitch feature in 0.4 should combat against this if the player is standing very close to the vehicle but if there standing a metre back its possible to glitch through the bullets without damaging the vehicle itself. The same goes for lower vehicles like cheetahs, crouching and firing behind them has the same effect but since its not possible to crouch and fire with M4/Ruger this should somewhat combat against this.
tl;dr of this - this bug happens often and players don't even realise they are doing it many times, its easy to do this without meaning to do it on purpose as often its a natural instinct during combat to take cover etc. the game was never designed for multiplayer to begin. The only really effective way to deal with this would be if the vc-mp devs could implement some hit detection to prevent the bullets from glitching at odd angles.
Sooo in regards to both Zkq and Niko stop crying like a bunch of bambinos and settle down.
ALSO: On a more off topic note. Anyone who uses greenless mod who complains about wall glitching is a fucking hypocrit. I will be making sure over the next few weeks that no one will be able to use greenless mod on littlewhitey's so enjoy it whilst it lasts.

Well I am removing that warning on you now.
We will review the rule internally in regards to the car glitch. As its not something thats easy to say 'no this is not allowed' as it will turn into a witch hunt where people will be looking for excuses to blame others for this rule.
There will always be cars in between players during combat scenarios, especially Vercetti's VS Yellow team.
