First report: It looks like he is just pumping his python, and whilst this may be looked at as deviant behavior, it is not forbidden.

Second report: I can't rule out the chance that this was accidental and so Cr203 will be warned to be more careful in future. Rooftops with no way down are not the best place to go with low health when people are chasing you. If this happens again the outcome may be different.
