Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: the frist time death evade via drown, the second time death evade via /kill (failed)

well seeing as OkieDokie admitted to it, he'll be banned for 3 days for (attempted) death evade.

on the other hand, the evidence provided shows absolutely dick. that's just my opinion though.
