Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: SLIDE Hack

Additional information: This guy is also banned in RTV for the same reason. ELK warned him many times but he saying its my lagg not hack.
but its looking like playing is hacking. i don't the issue of the lag and isn't lagg. i think its properly hacking.
