Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Stats Padding.
Evidence: Here is the evidence in which he pming me that he is stats padding and I told icy about that and Icy was saying him to stop.

Additional information: This mess started when he pm'ed z.k.s to give him kills (in pm) which is visible as z.k.s is demanding from him .. When I tried to end his spree z.k.s came and killed me ( team shooting, I sat in car to chase deathwish* and that gay z.k.s burned my car. He is lucky that he didn't got drowned for it ) then deathwish^ killed z.k.s and again and again. Then again I went to kill him with spas and when I shooted he fell down and paused his game, then joined again with nick deathwish* . Here I also have some logs in which he's giving me money to stop shooting him as they were busy in stats padding so, when I shooted, he fell and paused his game and then came with different nick Deathwish* and when I scared him that I have recorded ( unfortunately, not ) he left the server.
