As @AdTec doesn't want to mess with the database this suggestion will most likely not going to be accepted.
yes I know AdTec in the past didnt want to mess with it was becoz the schemes that suggested previously were messy themselves too
and so thats why I am here now to suggest a new one for you and so to clear some confuses which didnt be defused
first of all, why do we need !getcar2 (2vehicles) ?
- we got more money but nowhere to spend
- its more convenient while owning two vehicles like car+aircraft
- the biggest spending in vcmp server is to buy vehicles, unlike in samp server that can buy properties
second, where player's money usually goes now?
according to an unorthodox investigation, if a player earn 1million in the whole vcmp career, the money goes like the chart shown below:

we can see from the chart over 50% of money has being unused or just keeps staying in bank
it would be sorry for the money itself and the player's efforts of the hard-earning process
okay, so how this scheme really gonna work?
as of the current vehicle system has three cmds of !buycar, !sellcar, !getcar
therefore the new vehicle system will keep simple as well, as LW's always keeps simple :)
and I suggest that the new vehicle system should be keeping the current 3cmds but also adding 4 new cmds of: !mycar, !buycar2, !sellcar2, !getcar2
the use of !mycar: as if we own 2vehicles in future and we wanna make sure which car will be spawned whenever you type !getcar or !getcar2
so you will need to type !mycar to check that which car is vehicle1 and which car is vehicle2
for example, if !mycar is implanted now and all players should be still just owned one 1vehicle
if I type !mycar now, then a green sentence should be appeared above VCTaxiDriver: !mycar like: Your owned vehicle1:[ Comet ] ; Your owned vehicle2:[ <N/A> ]
so to check which is vehicle1 and which is vehicle2
the use of !buycar2: as I guess if AdTec will work this out this time and he does not want to interrupt the old system,
!buycar2 will be perfect to avoid this problem even when players buy vehicle2 later
the use of !sellcar2: sell the vehicle2, purpose same as !buycar2
the use of !getcar2: spawn the vehicle2
after explaining the current and the new system, let me show you the differences between those two with a simple table:

and of coz after all its all up to AdTec's decision
therefore please please AdTec consider it once more please
