Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Lag tool / Excessive Lag under 250 ping.

There is no solid evidence of the player using "lag tool" or any third party tool that produces the warping. There is no possible way for us to monitor what the player is running on his/her background, meaning we can't do anything about it than just give out warning(s) or kick them when we staff members witness that they're warping.

I'll keep an eye on the player and make sure the player doesn't get involved in any combat while warping like that.
