Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:c glitching

Additional information: So today at 10:32 PM EDT me and [VU]Mafia noticed a player named BroskY doing c glitch as well, [VU]Mafia and I assumed this guy was WikiLeakss with another name because yesterday when me and Sined noticed that WikiLeaks was c glitching he started to run and BroskY did the same thing.

Crouch is disable in server means players can't c-glitch + seems sync manipulation  8)

you are not allowed to post any thing in report board if you are not invloved c-glitch is disabled but its possible with speed egar and with  a mod

note: wikileask is thunder_bird who is perm banned in lw's how i know he is thunder you can check server logs
