Time and date (if known): Today
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: power abuse .

Briefly : today i was in duel with my clanmate then i got attacked by this kid and i owned him therefore i got banned 2 weeks for ping spikes. ( CRIES )

NOTES To the Deccision Maker :note that The second video completes the first video .Please understand that we are in 2019 and this kind of people still in the staff list of an official server .

TWO simple questions : Even if there is a 500ms BAN by server why u just perefer to
Empty the psychological contract in Banning me for this stupid reason ? .

i was fighting with my clanmate he agree to duel me with or without lag so Where does this statement apply in my situation ? or you just wanna get me banned to take revenge ?!.

Well you were the one who attacked me first so you agree and you know that i have ping problems so this your responsibility. ++ if you got owned by someone better to RQ .

Denied, you've been told to fix your ping before. First video shows that it is still spiking.
