Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: This guy was sniping , so i went to take him down landed a couple of good shots on his body yet he was still alive , killed me instead

Even if you had 450+ ping the shots i landed on you in the end should have killed you or atleast should've lowered your hp because you were in the same position for quite sometime. So,  the conclusion to this is you were hp hacking as far as i can say .
